A tool redesign of the Allen wrench, with a focus on the bike service industry. utilizing in-person observations, ergonomic studies were conducted to understand hand posture, actions, and pain points. This redesign features silicone pads in high contact areas, as well as an internal chuck that allows users to swap out different keys without losing torque or leverage - all designed in 9 weeks with photoshop, solidworks, and keyshot.
